This edition of Five Questions & Quick Hitters is with Adasyn Lamb. Adasyn is 2025 from All Iowa Attack 2025 Nike Red who will be a Sophomore this season at Belmond-Klemme High School (IA). Thanks for your time Adasyn!

1. Last season as a Freshman at Belmond-Klemme you led the team in scoring. With some of the key pieces, yourself included, returning this season, what are some of your team and individual goals for the upcoming 2022-23 season?

My personal goals this season are to be a leader, make my team better, not miss a free throw, and to have more shot blocks than I did last season. My team goal is to be in the top 3 three of our conference.

2. You play for one of the nation's premier club programs in All Iowa Attack with the 2025 Nike Red team. What were some of your favorite moments from last season, and what are some of your goals and expectations for the spring and summer of 2023?

Some of my favorite moments from my last Attack season was getting to play in Chicago at the TOC. I also loved getting to just spend lots of my time with my teammates.

3. With Attack you get to watch and work with a lot of players who are going to be Division I athletes upon leaving the program. Who are some of the older players in the program you admire, and what are some of their qualities that you hope to emulate?

One of the older players from the Attack program that I admire is Sahara WIilliams. She is such a strong and powerful player on the court. She is also very composed when she plays. I hope to emulate her powerful presence on the court.

4. As you travel further down the recruiting road, who are some of the coaches, older players, and family/friends that you will seek out for advice on the recruiting process?

I will seek advice from my parents, other family, my friends, my teammates, and my coaches.

5. If you take a look at your own game, what do you feel are your 4-5 biggest basketball or intangible strengths, and what is the next area of your game you plan to develop into another strength?

My biggest strengths are getting to the basket, being a leader on the court, defense, and always playing hard. For my highschool team I play the point guard role a lot. I want to develop my ball handling more.
