This edition of Five Questions & Quick Hitters is with Reagan Sipla, one of the top 2024s in Illinois from St Charles North High School. Club Program is Full Package for the 6'1" Shooting Guard. Thanks for your time Reagan!

1. You have continued to emerge as one of the top players in Illinois in the 2024 recruiting class. Now that you've entered your Junior season what are some of the things you're looking for in a school/basketball program and when are you anticipating making your college choice?

I’m looking for a school that values both academics and athletics. I look closely at the team’s culture and overall environment, as both are equally important to me, as well as a track record of program success. I’m anticipating making my choice this time next year.

2. What are some of your individual and team goals for the 2022-23 season at St Charles North?

My individual goals are to improve my leadership and grow as a team captain. I want to be the best teammate I can be and have the underclassmen look up to me. I also want to be all conference/state. My team goals are to win our conference, a regional championship, and make it as far as we can past that point.

3. This past club season you really saw your stock rise while playing with Full Package. What are some of your favorite things about the program, and what were some of your favorite memories on and off the court this past spring & summer?

I absolutely love the environment and culture. All girls throughout the program support and encourage each other. I also appreciated all the coaches, as they are able to provide help and inspiration on and off the court. Coach Steve in particular has done a great job coaching both myself and the rest of the players at Full Package on and off the court. My favorite on court memory was winning the championship this spring in Indy. I also loved beating the Southeast All Stars and Exodus at the Brandon Clay this July!

4. You do a nice job of making yourself visible on Social Media. What are some of the ways you utilize your Social Media to keep in contact with college coaches or make yourself known to ones you haven't interacted with yet?

Posting relevant basketball content about both myself individually and my team so coaches can see details about myself and my teammates. I also utilize highlight videos so I can showcase my style of play.

5. When you're not on the basketball court, what are some of the things you like to do with any free time you may get?

Although I do also like playing basketball in my free time, if I’m not playing I like to hang out with my friends!
