The following players were selected for stand-out performances from my coverage of Court 4 on Saturday, June 25th at Wisconsin Impact Cheesehead Challenge

Lexi Bugajski, Wisconsin Impact 2023 Witt

6'0" 2023 Forward, New Berlin Eisenhower HS (WI)

-One of the better non-verballed 2023s in the region. Has elite footwork into a smooth turn-around jumper, can create that shot for herself inside or on the edges. Will get after it on the glass, uses her strong build well in traffic. Finished with 13 points & 4 rebounds in win over Chapman Basketball Academy 2023. Can convert from the arc (hit three off right wing) and showed a spin move to finish off a perimeter drive. Potential Division I or high Division II talent, she's a very polished player with a Guard skill-set handling the ball, using great court vision, and multi-level scoring prowess.

Jorey Buwalda, Wisconsin Elite 2023 Johnson

6'0" 2023 Power Forward, Randolph HS (WI)

-Division I prospect is know for her scoring and rebounding prowess, but I was equally impressed with an underrated ability. She is a tremendous skip passer and outlet passer, a potential huge weapon in transition game and at the college level. She had 12 points & 4 rebounds versus Wisconsin Impact 2024 Kelley. Had a pair of inside buckets: an and 1 in traffic and an offensive board, and also flashed range with a three from top of the key. She has good size and is very strong physically. Averaged nearly 20 PPG for State Champion and undefeated Randolph team. Plays with intensity and crashes the boards hard on both ends of the court. Although she's had much success, her best basketball may very well still be in front of her.

MaKenzie Drout, Let It Rain 2023 Black

5'9" 2023, Kimberly HS (WI)

-Drout is one of the top 2023s in the region who is still open in recruiting. Holds Division I offers, but will likely have the eyes of many coaches during the July viewing period. In Let It Rain's win over 1on1 Milwaukee Silver, she had 16 points and 8 rebounds, both game-highs. Rugged doesn't do her game justice on drives, she is as physical as they get, and she'll take on contact and finish or get to the line. Her toughness and rebounding from Guard spot are both separators. Had a strong weekend at Cheesehead Challenge.

Madison Fitzgibbon, Chapman Basketball Academy 2024 Gold

5'6" 2025, Homestead HS (WI)

-Already on the radar of several Division I schools, Fitzgibbon has had a good season playing up an age level with Chapman Basketball Academy. In a 68-38 win over 1on1 Milwaukee 2023 Silver she dropped 13 points and added 6 rebounds. She has shooting prowess at the arc, but in this one she inflicted her damage in the transition game and off the bounce. The bulk of her scoring came in the transition game. She had a pair of steal and scores, jumping passing lanes and a pair of scores on the break. In transition she had a bucket at the rim and a nice pull-up jumper. Averaged nearly 20 PPG as a Freshman at Homestead.

Ayianna Johnson, 1on1 Milwaukee 2023 Silver

6'3" 2023, Jefferson HS (WI)

-Already has some Division I offers, Johnson is still open in recruiting and had a strong weekend at the Cheesehead Challenge, including a pair of evaluated games Saturday. She can control the block and get great position. Works from either block effectively, and showed a little turn-around jumper finish. Excellent rebounder, and on offensive glass she's able to cash in those boards for second chance conversions. Has flown under the radar a bit, but scored 18 PPG last season at Jefferson. Has a very high ceiling, and is a player Division I schools who are still actively recruiting bigs need to get their eyes on.

Molly Joyce, CY Select Wolves 2023

5'7" 2023 Guard, Bishop Garrigan HS (IA)

-The recent Truman State commit had a strong weekend for CY Select who were playing short-handed and had to adjust their style of play. Known for her prowess as a catch and shoot sniper playing off post kick-outs, she went into transition attack and half-court drive mode with a more spread offense. Finished with 11 points & 6 rebounds against Wisconsin Impact 2023 Witt. On her drives she finished an and one as well as another with a fantastic spin finish. Appreciate that she was able to show a new dynamic in her game. She's a tremendous scorer with a bright future, absolute steal for Truman State.

Shae Kelley, Wisconsin Impact 2024 Kelley

5'9" 2024 Guard, Brookfield East HS (WI)

-Kelley is a player who checks a lot of boxes as a prospect. She can score, she'll rebound her position, she is a tough defender, a skilled passer with court vision and a great leader. She had 12 points and 5 rebounds for Impact in their win over Wisconsin Elite 2023 Johnson. Cashed in twice from the arc on the right side from the corner and wing, then went to work with three finishes on drives. She is a player poised for a breakout on the recruiting front in July, she has all the intangibles you look for combined with a well-rounded offensive skill set.

Lindsey Schadewalt, Wisconsin Elite 2023 Johnson

5'10" 2024 Guard, New Glarus HS (WI)

-Definitely a scholarship talent, it will be interesting to see where Schadewalt goes in the recruiting process. Averaged 20 PPG as a Sophomore at New Glarus and has a strong build from the Guard spot. Had 16 points against Wisconsin Impact 2024 Kelley, including connecting from the arc four times. Strong shooter, who drilled three of her treys from the top of the arc. Shoots it from anywhere on the arc and at a high clip. Tacked on a baseline jumper to show mid-range touch. Already drawing tons of Division II interest, a strong July and High School season will elevate her options.

Fayth Sullivan, CY Select Wolves 2026

2027, North Polk HS (IA)

-Hard to make this list if you're younger prospect because most of my viewing is the classes of 2023-2026, but Sullivan, whose team played up a year at the event, made a tremendous first impression on me as a prospect. She has 28 points and 10 rebounds from her Guard spot in CY Select's win over Wisconsin Impact 2026 Bankston. She was honestly almost too unselfish in looking to create for others on the move, passing up several more scoring opportunities. Only one three among her points, she was dynamic off the bounce and with her overall shooting. Definitely a name that will be popping up on many college coaches radars soon.

Gabby Wilke, Wisconsin Impact 2024 Kelley

6'2" 2024 Forward, Beaver Dam HS (WI)

-Wilke creates a true mismatch for opposing defenses. With her height and length she can easily shoot over smaller opponents or isolate them down low. If you put a post on her, she can drive by them from the perimeter. Finished with 11 points & 6 rebounds in Impact's 53-36 win over Let It Rain 2023 Black. Hit threes from both corners and the top of the key. Also put the ball on the floor to the rim for a score. One of the most unique players in the region, she already has several Division I offers and will be looking to continue to build on that with a strong showing in July. One of the top 2025s in the region.
