Slinger

Ava Feilbach

-Feilbach uses her speed and quick burst as her biggest offensive weapons. Had 8 points in the Slinger win over Oostburg. Half of her production came via fast break opportunities. She also tacked on a pair of free throws and for good measure added a basket on the interior to round out her day's efforts.

Callie Ziebell

-Had a very solid performance in her first game back after recovering from a knee injury. Finished with a pair of buckets for 5 points on the afternoon. Had a straight-away three and an offensive put-back for her scoring plays. Works a lot from the lead Guard spot and did a good job of getting Slinger into their offensive sets.

Kacey Ott

-Ott provides the ability to create a mis-match offensively as she has the size to work off the interior but can stretch the floor with her shooting range. Finished with 11 points in the victory over Oostburg. In the first half she scored down low off the left block and an offensive board. In the second she flashed some range, hitting a three off the left wing.

Mallory Hoitink

-Hoitink was a force in the victory for Slinger over Oostburg, finishing the game with a game-high 27 points. Showed a nice blend of driving and perimeter shooting throughout, connecting on four 3-pointers among her scoring figures. A physical presence, she is tough to contain off the bounce, using her size to maintain leverage and balance. Showed a consistent spin move and multiple finishes. Division I level talent.

Oostburg

Brynn Wisse

-Wisse led Oostburg in scoring in a loss to Slinger, finishing with 17 points. Adds some length to her frame and uses length efficiently. Flashes three point range with a pair of hits from the right wing. Connected on 7 of 9 from the free throw line, showing a fluid shooting motion. Converted a pair of short drives, one resulting in an and 1. College level talent.
