Greta Hanson

-Hanson tallied 8 points for Arrowhead in a defensive battle in their season-opener. Showed some versatility in her scoring plays, working for a short drive in the first half and snapping in a three off the right wing in the second. Hit 3 of her 4 free throws to round out her scoring.

Bella Samz

-Samz ended the night as the 2nd leading scorer for Arrowhead, reaching double-figures with 10 points. A tough Guard who can work from either Guard spot. Had a pair of threes back to back off the right side, the first from the lane extended, another from the corner. Scholarship level talent. Added 4 additional point on a pair of nice driving scores.

Alaina Harper

-Game high scoring honors for the D1 commit in the season opening win with 15. Showed she has range out to the arc, but did her damage primarily inside around the rim. Had a pair of nice posts in the 1st half, an excellent seal and score and interior flash for another bucket. Showed a really nice middle fake, drop to the baseline step-through for another finish. Tacked on 7 free throws, going 7 of 7, to round out her scoring efforts.

Oak Creek

Leila Alramahi

-In a low-scoring opening night battle, Alramahi was the 2nd leading scorer for Oak Creek. Had a short drive as well as a three off the right wing in the first half, and added 2 free throws in the second. Looks like she may emerge as a double-digit scoring threat for Oak Creek with her ability to put the ball on the deck as well as stretch the floor off the edges with some shooting.

Paulina Hernandez

-Hernandez is a potential Division I prospect who is a productive scorer around the basket and competes effectively on both glasses. Scored 6 points going head to head with a committed Division I player. Had a smooth interior finish, converted a hoop with a low post score in a hi/low set and had a short jumper off a nice post dive. Runs the floor at 6'3".
